How quickly can I expect my signs to be produced?
Once your order is invoiced we will contact you to discuss the production lead time and your time requirements. In general, as you are dealing with the supplier direct, you can expect quite short turnaround times. If you have a special urgency please discuss your requirements with us. We are very flexible and will do our best to meet your time frame.
I have an idea of what I want my sign to look like but I need graphic expertise. Can you provide graphic design services?
Yes, you have come to the right place. We have an in-house graphic designer who can custom design your sign(s) from scratch. We love to share our expertise and knowledge to help bring your ideas and message to reality! Talk to us today!
Printing/production only starts when we receive the final artwork/design approval from you.
Am I charged per colour? How many colours can I have?
Ours signs are not screen printed nor do we use coloured films. Our advanced digital printing process gives you unlimited colour possibilities ie photo quality. We print in full colour, using UV cured inks designed for long life. We print directly onto the sign material in high resolution to ensure superior results. We can even colour match to pantones (PMS colours) if required. Small Signs Direct is one of very few sign suppliers that can print white ink to create a special effects on coloured substrates!
What are the different sign materials can I choose from?
We currently offer various base materials. PVC is the entry level and most economic solution. Our signature material is Digital Metal. It is a composite material with aluminium faces. Robust and versatile with a beautiful satin finish, it comes in 2mm and 3mm thickness options. Other options include brushed silver & brushed gold. Always expect great colour results.
If you are after something totally different and special, why not try our rose gold mirrored acrylic material? What about wood grain? They are very popular with special occasions!
Do I need to pay first? What are my payment options?
Yes, payment is required before any printing begins. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Amex credit cards. Payment can also be made by EFT/bank transfer or cheque.
What delivery options do you provide?
Small Signs Direct uses Australia uses Australia Post e-Parcel Express or Standard e-Parcel services. You choose the service that suits you. Both options are trackable through a consignment number.
Because we use third party delivery services we cannot guarantee delivery times. We always recommend the e-Parcel service for the fastest delivery time....
